On many occasions, the loss of historic buildings is unnecessary and unsustainable. HJP Carrig Properties was set up with a vision to find protected or historic properties that are under threat of demolition and to purchase these properties with a view to sustainable development that is attractive to an end user and at the same time, make commercial profitable sense.
